1. Breathe into Inner Stillness
The day begins with a 45-minute gentle yoga class to release tension and free your breath. Through a series of stretching postures, relaxation and breathing techniques, we’ll explore the powerful connection between breath, body, and mind, unlocking the flow of vital energy to support your meditation practice and foster inner growth.
2. Learn the Yogic Meditation Techniques for calmness and confidence, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda,Â
Following the "Breathe into Inner Stillness" practice, there will be a presentation and open discussion. Here we will cover what meditation is, how to sit with the correct posture, how meditation affects your brain, how to overcome the restless mind, deepen your concentration and observe the most subtle aspects of your being.Â


3. Mantra Your Mind and Meditate Â
Jenni, a trained Ananda meditation teacher under the guidance of Swami Kriyananda (Yogananda’s direct disciple) and the Nayaswami order, will guide you through each step of the ancient yogic mantra technique, offering personal insights and tools to help you deepen and grow in your meditation practice. There will then be a guided practice followed by a 20-25-minute group meditation session.
4. Deepen your Knowledge and Meditation with Raja Yoga
In the final phase of our time together, we will delve into the timeless teachings of Raja Yoga and the 8 Limbs of Ashtanga. These teachings are designed to deepen your meditation practice, cultivate inner peace, and strengthen your connection to higher consciousness. Through these ancient principles, you will learn to integrate the wisdom of yoga and meditation into your daily life, helping you live with greater awareness, balance, and joy. This will also be our time to address any further questions that you may have.
