Day 3 - Third Eye Activation for Clear Intuition

The five senses are phenomenal instruments for us to experience the outer world and establish our inner reality. Our third-eye or intuitive centre is another tool for 'seeing' beyond these five elemental experiences and deeper into the subtler energies of life itself and our inner experience and subtle body. Revelations, epiphanies, insights and knowing the unknown arise as thoughts through the activation of the third eye. In this guided meditation, we practice exploring the subtler dimensions, from which we will begin to emerge a sense of clarity and insight beyond anything that can be known through the five senses alone.
