Day 3 -Â Awakening Intuitive Seeing
Our five senses are extraordinary instruments, allowing us to experience and navigate the outer world. Yet there is another way of knowing. A more subtle form of perception that senses inwardly rather than outwardly.
The third eye, or intuitive centre, invites us to “see” beyond what the physical senses reveal. It is a way of perceiving the quieter dimensions of experience — inner impressions, subtle movements of energy, and the felt sense of knowing that arises before thought.
As this inner centre awakens, insight can emerge naturally, not as effort or analysis, but as gentle realisation. Moments of clarity, understanding, or recognition may arise without requiring reasoned analysis.
In today’s guided meditation, we explore this subtler dimension of awareness, allowing intuitive clarity to emerge from within, beyond what can be known through the five senses alone.
