 Core Balance Yoga is a gentle, steady practice that supports balance in body and mind. Classes are calm, centred, and grounding, blending movement, breath awareness, and periods of stillness.

Core Balance Yoga is a gentle, steady practice that supports balance in body, mind, and nervous system. Classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and periods of stillness, creating space to slow down, re-centre, and restore ease.

The emphasis is on listening inwardly and moving with steadiness, flexibility, strength, and balance — without pressure or performance.

Classes are suitable for;

  • all levels
  • those returning to yoga
  • anyone seeking a calm, grounding and energising practice

All abilities are welcome. 

Class Times:

  • Monday morning: 9:00 - 10:00 am  
  • Saturday morning: 9:30 - 10:30 am

Location: Cooroy Memorial Hall, 23 Maple Street, Cooroy
