Day 4 - Heart and Mind Synchronization 

Synchronising the heart and mind allows an all-encompassing grace and intelligence to flow within. This self-healing intelligence serves as an inner guide and a beautiful intuition. 

When you open your heart and mind's eye, you illuminate yourself and all of existence.

Everything is essentially light. Even the grossest of material matter, when broken down, also comes to be known as light.  There is a light, a power that emanates everything. It is the light of creation from the grossest of the five elements unto the most subtle of the mind, intelligence and ego - to the Divine.

Let's meditate now on this light. On this inner illumination and synchronisation of the heart and mind's eye.
