Yin Yoga Day Three: Relax and Melt Tension
This one hour class is deeply relaxing for your entire nervous system.
The postures will stimulate the meridians of the upper and lower body organs, inviting harmony, flow and a wonderful release of tension.
We will begin with Pranayama breathing to prepare you for deep relaxation and healing.
You will need a yoga block or a cushion for the final supported waterfall pose, so keep one nearby.
