Day 7 - A Taste of Eternal Bliss

The Bhagavad Gita teaches that our yearning for happiness in the material world can never be fully satisfied, because it is not a mistake; it is the soul's authentic voice. It is the soul calling inward, searching for the bliss of the Eternal Divine.

This bliss is not found outside of us. It is discovered within. As the mind and heart are gently purified through meditation, we begin to perceive the eternal nature of our being — our true nature as a living part of the whole, the very source of life and creation.

Eternal being, consciousness, and bliss. In Yoga and Vedanta, this is known as Sat–Chit–Ananda. Not as a concept to believe in, but as a truth to be experienced as the natural fulfilment and dharma of the soul.

On our final day together, we turn inward once more — not to seek, strive, or attain, but to taste. To rest in the quiet bliss of the Divine presence that lives within the heart of all things, including our own.
