The Four Paths of Yoga: A Journey to Self-Realisation

Here, we introduce the Paths of Yoga—Raja, Gyana, Bhakti, and Karma—in a way that can be applied to everyday life and even every moment.  

Each path is enriching, and combining them and seeing how we can apply them to our lives makes this ancient wisdom deeply applicable and practical.

As a Satsang community, we share our questions, thoughts, and ideas at the end of each presentation. The topics we share are not confined to one philosophy or type of Yoga; we explore and share spirituality as a whole.

Karma Yoga: The Yoga of action to purify the self through selfless action.

Bhakti Yoga: The Yoga of devotion to purify the heart through love.

Gyana Yoga: The Yoga of wisdom to purify the mind through knowledge.

Raja Yoga: The Yoga of meditation, to meditate deeply and realise our True Nature as One with the Divine.
